Cheryl and I are running the London Marathon this year in aid of WellChild, a national UK charity, providing care and support for sick children and their families, while leading research into childhood illness and disease.  Both of us have nieces and nephews who have had to fight very serious illnesses as young children and we believe that WellChild is committed to giving children a chance of a long and happy life that they may otherwise not have had.
