On Sunday 12th July 2009 I completed the London 10km Run dressed as a Tibetan Yak alongside my fellow herd members to raise money for the amazing Tibet Relief Fund .
Us Yaks arent used to the warm weather that London gave us on the day so please show your appreciation and help out this wonderful charity by making a donation online today to help me reach my target of £800!
