Having run the Chester Marathon in 2012, Chris swore he'd never run another marathon.  Michael ran Edinburgh in 2014 and was of pretty much the same opinion.  Then in November of 2015 the opportunity of an entry to London came up for both of them.  They couldn't turn it down......!

They have tasked me, Chris's wife, Jessie, and Michael's "wsm" - wicked stepmother, to assist with the fundraising.  I am going to do my best to get them as much sponsorship as possible. 

Michael's Mum works for Leonard Cheshire and having been asked to help out I have done a bit of research into one of the lesser known "big charities."

The charity supports disabled people to have the freedom to live their lives the way they choose — with the opportunity and support to live independently, contribute economically and participate fully in society.  I have signed up to find out latest news from them and will be posting further updates on this and our Facebook page.
