Help me help Bridge2Aid!!!

Last year I spent two weeks volunteering in Tanzania for this fantastic charity (please see www.bridge2aid.org).

This year our new addition has stopped me going back but I want to do my bit and so am running the London Marathon, the Manchester 10k and the Great North Run.

I can't promise to be fast, but I will finish even if they have to drag me!!

I would appreciate every pence and pound you can stretch to,
