My story

 

Thanks for visiting my fundraising page.
Hayle Triathlon is just one of five Triathlons that I intend to complete between now and October 2008!!! Others include Newquay, Perranporth and Wadebridge. Apart from Wadebridge, all others involve an olympic distance open water swim, 40k bike ride and 10k run!!!! I have undertaken a gruelling six day a week training schedule, starting each morning at 630am, and a strct diet to ensure my fitness levels can cope with the demands of a Triathlon!!!
