Trek China
Trek China 2007 involves a challenging, five day, 62km trek along the Great Wall of China covering many different types of mountainous terrain – mostly up and down thousands of uneven steps.
In preparation for the trek, I have started a fourteen week training plan to get fit, building up from simple hour long walks to a few 8 hour day treks, you can monitor my progress including pictures from some of the walks on my training blog page at www.progress.demon.co.uk/Trek_China_Training_Blog.html *** LAST UPDATE 11th March- Including Dinas Head ***
DOUBLE
Through the support of my employer, I am able to DOUBLE all funds raised – that plus the recovery of UK tax makes every £10 you donate worth £22.82 – now that just has to be a complete bargain.
Money raised will help to support NAS services such as the Autism Helpline, Parent to Parent line, Befriending scheme, help! programme, schools and adult services.
As a way of paying you back for helping me, please visit my Humour Archive at www.progress.demon.co.uk where you will find a selection of jokes and other fun pages.
So what are you waiting for, please help me to help my charity "The National Autistic Society"
I have paid up my registration fee of £250 and now need to raise at least £2000. Update 26th March: only £300 more to raise by the walk date… please help if you can.
Many thanks for your support!
