HELLO!


As nearly all of you will know I am an insulin dependent diabetic and have been for over 6 years. I am hoping to raise as much money as possible for DIABETES UK by doing a SKYDIVE on SATURDAY 26TH JULY 2008 to go towards future research into the prevention of diabetes especially in young people. Money raised will also provide invaluable support for people already suffering with diabetes.

As some of you will know I personally have not had the easiest ride with diabetes and when i have really needed help, Diabetes UK has been an invaluable resourse for me.

***** APPARENTLY I DIDNT MAKE THIS CLEAR !!! ... ALL THE MONEY RAISED IS GOING TO DIABETES UK AND NOTHING WILL BE TAKEN OUT OF THE MONEY RAISED TO FUND THE JUMP BECAUSE I HAVE ALREADY PREPAID FOR THE JUMP MYSELF BECAUSE I DIDNT THINK IT WAS FAIR THAT SKYDIVING UK WOULD TAKE A HUGE PERCENTAGE OF WHAT WE GET DONATED IN FUNDRAISING!!! ********

The jump is scheduled for Saturday 26th July 2008 and will take place with UK Skydiving at Cockerham, Lancaster, and I'm ALREADY VERY SCARED!!!!!!! It's going to be a tandem jump (because i dont trust myself to open the parachute at the correct time)!

Please help me to help other diabetics across the UK and worldwide by giving anything you possibly can. Anything will be greatly received.
