My story

 
Hello people
 
I am doing a 10k run around Hyde Park on July 15th in aid of the 'Help a London Child' charity
 
Now those of you who haven't spoken to me in a while may be shocked by this news and a little concerned about my welfare !
 
You should be aware that I have been running for a few months now and am positive that I will reach the finish line in one piece - so feel free to sponsor me for as much or as little as you like
