My story

Yes its true... this March I will be shipped off to Costa Rica in order to cross the Continental Divide a challenge designed to test your physical limits.

For 7 consequitive days, 8 hrs each day, I will be racing up and down the mountains and rivers of Costa Rica by foot, bike and canoe.

This is not a holiday! Going from sea level to 7000ft, I will be cycling for 100 miles, running for 18 miles and kayaking for another 45 miles. Its the Iron Man challenge with a shot of adrenaline a dose of heat and humidity, a sprinkle of crocodile invested rivers and snake abundant jungles!

Q. Why would any sane person want put themselves through this?

A. To raise money for a great Charity!

The Prince's Trusts gives young people a chance to make something of their life by getting them into work. Many of these kids have been through care or custody and finding work is the only way to get their lives back on track.

And I am not stopping at raising money! For the past 4 months I have employed and developed a Prince's Trust Candidate in my team. He has been such a success that the company has agreed to give him a probation period on full pay! The change in attitude and aspirations achieved has inspired me to help the charity even further by raising money.

Please dig deep this Christmas and help young kids in Britain get their lives on track!

Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to sponsor me: Prince's Trust will receive your money faster and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you.

Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to you all!!

Christos

P.S. Please ask all your friends to sponsor me as well. Every penny counts!
