My story
My son Cieran has recently had Meningocochal meningitis which has unfortunately left him deaf and epileptic, I wish to raise money for the trust so that they can continue to provide support for people like myself and my family and also maybe one day discover a vaccine for meningocochal meningitis as well as any other types.. so that no body has to ever go through the 19 days of pure hell that I did,
I'd also like to raise money for the meningitis trust so that they can EDUCATE people about meningitis, so that they don't just panic when they hear the word..and can look out for the signs and symptoms if it happens to them, I'd like to raise cash so that the trust can educate DOCTORS and other medical proffessionals so that they don't misdiagnose the condition in the first place and send you home with something like calpol!!, when your child has something a lot more sinister..
thank you for your time.
