Hello and thank you for visiting my fund raising page.

On July 6 I'll be running in the British 10k London Run on behalf of "Contact The Elderly".

Contact The Elderly is a small national charity with a staggeringly simple but equally effective idea. Contact The Elderly volunteers provide regular tea parties for groups of elderly people who might otherwise go for weeks on end with no social contact. It really is that simple but of course it takes money. And that's where you come in. Please sponsor me and if you can tick the box so that we can claim the tax bonus that will really help. I've paid my own entry fee to this event and I'm aiming at £300.
