MAD Trust is a wonderful charity that is very close to my heart and I'm delighted to be facing my biggest ever physical challenge to raise funds and awareness for such essential work. They work with the theatre industry to support those living with and affected by HIV and AIDS and I am honoured to be able to contribute a small effort to help their incredible care to continue.

I will be running from central Brighton to central London on Sunday 4th November 2012 (the day before my birthday!) which is a non stop journey of at least 55 miles. That's 2.1 marathons in one go... apparently...
