If you don't us already we are a family passionate about animals.  We have 2 cats, 3 dogs and 3 horses.

In addition to looking after our horses we have a passion for the welfare of other horses worldwide who are mistreated, neglected and often abused (especially the cruel practice of long distance transport across Europe).  We have long supported the World Horse Welfare charity (formally The ILPH) and we want to raise donations through running a measly 13.1 miles (!!)

We are currently training for our first 1/2 marathon so watch this space for some embarassing photos of a family pounding the local country lanes.
