Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

My name is Grace Acklam and I am 10 years old.  I have a rare form of kidney disease in children (1 in millions worlwide) and need to raise money for medical research to continue studies currently taking place to understand my condition.  It is degenerative and currently there is no cure.  For many children like me, finding a cure is a race against time and I would therefore be most grateful for any donation, large or small that you can make for my cause.

Friends and family have been very supportive in their fundraising efforts so far (in various ways) and I would be delighted to add you to the list of kind generous people I know.  Thank you again!
