My name is Mr O'Callaghan and I am teacher of Computing at Bristol Brunel Academy.

Last year I ran 31 miles with Mr Brown to raise money for the MAJI SAFI Project (a charity that helps build schools in Africa) and raise the profile of leading a health lifestyle.

I'm not asking everyone to go out and run a marathon but you should be aiming for at least 30 minutes of exercise a day!
