This year is the first ever Brighton marathon which I will be running on behalf of the surrey Air Ambulance.
The service that they provide is run solely by fundraising and donations; no money is given from the government or the national lottery.
It costs £1.7 million to keep the one aircraft flying for the year and the service is available to every one of us, should the worst happen.
Not being a natural athlete this is one of the biggest challenges I have ever taken on and your generous support of this worthy cause will help to drive me to the finish line on race day.
So please if you can, sponsor me and help to keep this great service running.
Kind regards
Paul Cloutt
