About the charity
Since 1974 MWA has been offering support services to women and children experiencing domestic abuse. It offers safe temporary accommodation, advice, support and advocacy. It operates an Outreach Project for people in the community who may not want to access a Refuge; a Children and Families Project and a Resettlement Project to help families settle in their new homes.
