I’m running the Great North Run in September and the Total Warrior challenge in June to raise money for Heel & Toe which helps over 100 children with cerebral palsy and other physical disabilities.

Heel & Toe provides FREE conductive education therapy to children all across the North East. The running costs of the charity is currently exceeding £500,000 and the charity receive no government funding. The charity relies solely on donations, fundraising and local support to continue helping children.
