Raising money for

Dogs For The Disabled

Charity Registration No. 1092960

Dogs for the Disabled trains dogs to help disabled people live life more independently. Each dog is trained in practical tasks such as opening and closing doors, helping a person undress, even emptying the washing machine. In addition they provide confidence, companionship and break down barriers to the outside world.

Thank you for visiting our fundraising page.

The COA Team of 6 people will be participating in the 13.1 mile Great North Run on the 30th September 2007. We would be extremely grateful if you could dig deep and sponsor us for this huge challenge.

We feel Dogs for the Disabled is an excellent charity that does fantastic work with training dogs to assist in the day to day life of people with disabilities.
