Thank you for visiting my fundraising page. I'm cycling from John O Groats to Lands End to raise money for EACH. I hope to raise £1000 which is about £1 per mile.

I'm catching the train from Norwich to Thurso on Sat 17 May and will ride from there to John O Groats and then start heading south the following day. I aim to catch the sleeper train away from Penzance on Friday 30 May. I'm cyclng alone and this is an unsupported ride so I have to carry everything I need with me. I'll be staying in youth hostels and B&B's just to make sure I get a good rest every night.

I'm travelling north to south as it's easier getting home at the end, but this is against the prevailing winds. However, if I had a £1 for every time someone said it's all downhill that way, I wouldn't need to raise any more money!! Ha ha.

So please dig deep, sponsor me and help raise money for EACH, a very worthy cause. Each £1 raised will spur me on and ensure the pedals keep turning during the long days in the saddle. Everyone needs a goal after all.
