My story

As many of you are probably aware, I am participating in a 365 mile, 7 day bike ride from Biarritz in the south of France to Barcelona via the mountains of the Pyrenees.

Now, you probably all think I have lost my mind, however it is for a very good cause [and I don't mean the fact that I have given up alcohol during training] The Children's Trust Tadworth. [see About our charity, left]

As a means to encourage you all to dig deep and sponsor me as much as you can afford, I will be keeping a blog of my progress from cycling virgin to full on mountain taming athlete at one with his machine and the environment around him.
