Snowdon Challenge 2008 · 3 September 2008

The UK's leading charity for veterans' mental health. For over a century, we've helped former servicemen and women deal with issues like trauma, anxiety, depression and post-traumatic stress disorder. Today, we provide support to veterans from every service and every conflict.

Story

This weekend (6/7th September) The Army and it's agencies are taking part in a rigorous, strenuous and challenging walk in Snowdon, North Wales in aid of COMBAT STRESS.

COMBAT STRESS is the only charity to support British ex-Servicemen and women who have been profoundly traumatised by harrowing experiences on active duty.  Founded in 1919, the charity offers both short-stay remedial treatment at three specialist centres across the UK and regional welfare service supporting clients in their homes.

We would all be very grateful if you could take the time to spare a few pennies for this very worthwhile cause.

Donating through Justgiving is quick, easy and totally secure. It’s also the most efficient way to sponsor me: COMBAT STRESS gets your money faster and, if you’re a UK taxpayer, Justgiving makes sure 25% in Gift Aid, plus a 3% supplement, are added to your donation.

So please sponsor me now!

Thanks,

The Snowdon Challenge Team 2008.
