"If you aren't in over your head, how do you know how tall you are?"  T.S. Eliot ... Though after this amount of running I will be getting smaller rather than taller!!

The Comrades is the world's oldest & largest ultramarathon. It is run over a distance of approximately 87.72kms (55 miles) in one day between Durban and Pietermaritzburg. There is a difference of nearly 3000 ft between them (see image below), the race alternates as an 'Up' and a 'Down'. 

I am running it with my brother James & some squash comrades, and as one would expect we are taking on the 'Up'!!

I would love to think that I will do the necessary training, but that's just not going to happen, so its going to be a World of pain out there & the more you donate the less it will hurt. I hope!
