2011 Coast to Coast Cornish Quadrathlon - it's Back again.

 After raising over £2000 over the last 2 years (thanks!) on the 24th September 2011 we are once again to cross Cornwall from Padstow to Fowey . We're raising money for the Precious Lives Appeal to build the new Childrens Hospice in Cornwall.

We'll swim 800 metres from Padstow up the River Camel, cycle 20 miles to Lostwithiel, run 7 miles through Lostwithiel to Lerryn and then to Fowey by canoe down the river. We've got to catch the tide so there'll be no time for faffing!
