Katie, Katy, Sarah and Andy are dusting off their driving gloves and furry dice to undertake the challenge of driving from Rouen, through 2000km of the most stunning scenery to Europe's most westerly point, Cabo da Roca, Portugal.

It's not all fun, frolics and flowers, however but also a challenging ordeal of keeping a old banger (worth less than £250) going without an ounce of mechanical knowledge between us!

We are doing this to raise money for Gemini who are committed to developing innovative solutions to improve education in the developing and developed worlds - a very worthy cause I am sure you will agree!

NEWS UPDATE 18/07/2008  ::  We've finally got a car sorted!  It's a rather foxy sounding Honda Accord which we're going to collect next weekend, following which we will be decorating... pics to follow!
