My name is Craig Adams. I am 24 years old, I come from Leicestershire, UK.
I suffer from DiGeorge Syndrome (22q11 deletion) & I like to raise awareness & raise money for a charity called Max Appeal, They are connected with DiGeorge Syndrome & they need in upwards of £50,000 pounds per year to keep them going. They've been established for over 10 years now and continue to go from strength to strength, Max Appeal are based in Stourbridge, West Midlands, UK. & It's run by Julie & Paul Wootton, My problems I get with DiGeorge Syndrome are: Leg Pains, Small Jaw, Weak Immune System, Bent Spine (S Shape), Small Hole In My Heart, Learning Difficulties, Special Needs, Asthma & Heyfever.

I'm hoping to raise about £2,000 pounds for Max Appeal via this website, Plus I join in local Carnival's each year at Hinckley & Nuneaton here in the Midlands, UK.
