*** STOP PRESS *** We're back! All 22 of us completed the Inca Trail & passed over "Dead Woman's Pass". THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR GENEROUS DONATIONS. Please check my Gallery for a selection of pictures. *** STOP PRESS ***

Thank you for visiting my fundraising page.

In May/June 2008 I will be participating in a 10-day expedition to trek the Inca Trail in order to raise money for Bobath. I'm funding the cost of the trip myself, so every penny you donate will go directly to Bobath.

I have set myself a target of £4,200. This corresponds to £1 for each metre of altitude at the highest point on the trek (Abra de Huarmihuanusca or “Dead Woman’s pass") at 4,200m or 13,800 ft and over 3 times the height of !.

My son, James, who is now 5 was diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy when he was 6 months old. Although James receives regular NHS therapy from a whole host of therapists his mental and physical development has been very slow and in November 2006 we were referred to Bobath. The intensive and proactive approach, typical of Bobath, was fantastic.

Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to sponsor us: Bobath will receive your money faster and, if you are a taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you.

For further details of my fundraising, the Inca Trail, and of course about James please visit my website at: www.incatrail.frostyjungle.co.uk or contact me at incatrail@frostyjungle.co.uk.

Thanks for your support; it means a lot to me. Please give generously!
