On friday 26th october 2018. A sealed plasric bank bag containing £1000 in £20 notes was dropped at bedford terrace , billingham.

This money was to pay for materials for a leaking roof & it belonged to ken who is an OAP.!

Within minutes the money had gone! as it was noticed to be missing within approx 3 mins max. it had happened between the back door of a property on bedford tarrace, and the roadisde. There was a couple leaving their house at the time, the couple live in the house opposite! They were coming out of their house at the exact same time, they havent responded to any of our letters as we gave posted notes through their door! The police were called immediatley and whoever has picked this money up have not done the right thing. Cleveland police were called immediatoy and no money has been handed in. The police have been most unhelpful if I am honest, I do appreciate that they have to prioritise calls but they have stated the chances of ever getting this back is 0%, they havent even bothered to come out & take a report as of yet. I am hoping and praying that the good people of this world can help us raise £1000 to get this back to ken so he can pay for the rubber roofing materials

I am begging for your help as we are all devestated by this. If 1000 people on here spared £1 then we could restore kens faith in humanity
