Hi everyone.

With Christmas over it’s got me thinking about new year....

New year new me - I’ve been thinking about it for a while now that until this year I’ve never looked after myself nutritionally or physically and I have never given or done much for charity.

So before I hit the big milestone of 30 years old in May I’d like to achieve 3 targets (resolutions if you wish)

1 - I want to completely overhaul my current diet and fitness and by the end of the year I want to be happier and healthier than I have ever been in my life and get back to playing rugby something I have promised myself since school...

2 - I want to help at least 5 people become happier and healthier and maybe achieve a goal or a target like I am doing myself above.

3 - “30 Before 30”(this is a big one)... I want to take part in 30 charity fundraising events before I turn 30 (24th May) i have already got several charity events in the calender manly running ( a few 5k a 10k and a 13k) but i am taking suggestions from people for more events incan squeeze in to hopefully hit the target of 30 before 30

my plan is to raise as much money as possoble on this page and then divide it up equally to however many different charities whose events i have taken part in.
