3 Million Steps In May -For Mental Health

We are raising funds for the New Dawn Counselling Centre Bursary Fund. The bursary provides financial support for those seeking counselling at the centre, who need additional financial help.

We have helped hundreds of clients to get the help and support they need already through the Bursary. But we want to do more. We want to help more people.

So we're getting active, and as a team are aiming to take 3 Million steps in May to raise awareness of Mental Health in our local community, and raise funds to support our clients in their own challenges. We've got our pedometers at the ready and will post regular updates on our website and social media pages.

We are tired of seeing the misery that poor mental health can inflict and we want to do more about it.We believe that counselling is a life changing experience that can save lives.

Your donation will support people who want to change their lives, and are being incredibly courageous by stepping out and getting the help they deserve to get. Every penny goes into the bursary fund.

Our original target of £500 has just been achieved in the 3rd week of the challenge, Thanks to all the generous supporters. So we're stretching ourselves to try and hit £1000 by the end of the month. Please keep donating. Every penny goes to the Bursary fund.
