Watchet Town Football and Cricket Clubs have joined together to raise some money for “The Butterfly Book Award”

As a community we would like to come together during this difficult time, to encourage people to get out exercising, raise money for a local cause and ultimately have fun doing it!

The Butterfly Book Award was set up in memory of Emma Harris (Sully) who sadly passed away before her 30th birthday to cancer. She was an inspiring teacher particularly in English. The charity presents books to young children who might not necessarily be the highest achiever but try really hard and show a passion for reading. They are then presented with a book for their achievements at the end of the term. This is currently set up at Knights Templar School but with your help this could be put into other schools in the area.
