Story
I am running the 2017 London Marathon and want to raise as much money as I can for JOCA. - A Mental Welfare and Wellbeing charity founded in memory of Arron 'Tiff' Bugden and Ryan Heyward, set up by Welwyn Rugby Club
The club has supported me through some tough times in my life and this is a small way that I can support others through theirs as well. No one has to suffer in silence. If we all stand together against mental health it will not win.
