Peter would have been tremendously moved by the generosity and kindness shown by everyone contributing to his page. Two very worthy charities will benefit and each site in the school – Junior, Senior and the Sports Field will have a bench in Peter’s memory. In the summer term we will have an official ceremony for our families and friends, unveiling the bench at Juniors and remembering the happy times with Peter. Thank you all. We have been overwhelmed by the kindness of the Blackheath High community; from Mrs Waring in arranging this page and the lovely comments left to the extreme generosity shown.We would like to close the page on Friday January 27th as the target has been exceeded many times over.Thank you all again. A huge thank you for all your amazing donations. We have been overwhelmed by your kinds words and generosity. It is very clear that Peter was indeed loved by so many and will be dearly missed. We will definitely be able to purchase a memorial bench with plaque in his memory which will go at the Pavillion and perhaps another one at the junior school.
