I am a film student who is directing an original written screenplay about a deaf girl who becomes friends with the voice of the Ocean. It explores themes of family problems, boundaries formed with the deaf and bullying. It is heartwarming and has immense and powerful messages. The story is to help promote and understand the problems faced with bullying and most importantly the deaf community and the little support they receive. The profit that we make exceeding the film expenses will be donated to a charity that supports the deaf community. It is a cast of 15, with exceptional actors that have starred as extras in BBC TV series and short films before.

This project is exceptionally important to us all, not only is the story heartwarming and thought provoking but the messages are immense and powerful, and we would like to share it with everyone.
