Aaron Thomas is aged 18 and suffers with cerebral palsy spastic diplegia. Spastic diplegia cerebral palsy is a neurological condition that permanently affects muscle control and coordination. Affected people have increased muscle tone which leads to spasticity (stiff or tight muscles and exaggerated reflexes) in the legs.

Aaron plays wheelchair tag rugby for the Medway dragons, with the hopes of trying out for England this season! Aaron also plays basketball, tennis and goes to the gym regularly. What a champ!

We are raising money to buy Aaron his own chair that’s specially designed for him to help him achieve his aims and goals to play for England.  we need to raise £1500 to buy a rgk elite sports wheel chair in order for Aaron to make his dreams a reality.

In order to help Aaron to raise enough money to do so, I have decided to run the 10k Devil Mud Run on 3rd March 2018 with 13 challenging obstacles that will test my strength and endurance! I look forward to completeing this challenge and getting down and muddy for a good cause! Bring it on!
