Anyone that knows me well will know that I hate running and they will also know what a big deal it is for me to even start the training...If anyone would have asked me this time last year “will you ever run a half marathon” I would have probably laughed in their face.

That being said, a lot has happened this past year and I would like to thank the medical staff that have helped our family throughout this dreadful time by raising some money for them.

I understand that a lot has been given already however I would greatly appreciate it if you could donate just a few pounds-most of the money raised will be given to ward E39, Queens Medical Center and if there is enough, I would also like to give some to a local youth group providing support to children in the area.

The race I am taking part in is the Robin Hood half marathon in Nottingham on the 30th of September and I will be closing this page on the 13th october😊.
