Story
Offa Descendants’ Union UK (ODUUK) is a non-political and non-religious community based organization in the UK. The organisation will be carrying out eye screening and cataract operation in Offa, a cosmopolitan town in the North central region of Nigeria.
The aim of this Project is to provide Eye Screening for Ocular Diseases and operate patients identified with cataract. Also where required, prescription glasses will be provided for those identified with refractive error. This Project is being done in conjunction with University of Ilorin Teaching Hospital.
Thousands of people are needlessly losing their sights because they cannot afford the cost of screening and cataract operation
