Joanne and Andy and their family were innocent victims in an RTC. Joanne lost her life leaving her husband Andy having to manage with the heartache of not just losing his wife but also raising 5 kids. They were avid supporters of the emergency services and would provide us with food hampers at Wigan-station for the last 3 years.. let's give something back to show our appreciation from Wigan community fire and ambulance station.
