Hi,
My name is Adam and I am 2 and half years old. I was born 10 weeks prematurely and I had to be resuscitated within first minutes of my life. I wasn't able to breath or eat independently but with help of amazing doctors and nurses, my health condition improved and after 8 long weeks in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit I was discharged home. What a happy day it was for my whole family and friends!

Unfortunately I began to miss growth and development milestones from an early age and I was diagnosed with four limb cerebral palsy at 18 months old. This means I have motor impairment and I am unable to sit or walk independently.

For the last 18 months, I've been undergoing physiotherapy (most of this is funded privately). 1 year ago I was unable to straighten or use my right arm, but now - I can grab things and feed myself, which is a huge achievement for me.

My parents constantly look for more types of therapies for me.
My fundraising page aims to provide the specialist physiotherapy and necessary equipment for the duration of my childchood.
My plans include:
- continuation of physiotherapy,
- continuation of hippotherapy, which helps me with my posture and balance,
- starting hydrotherapy ,
- purchase of TheraTogs (cost approx. £900 every 6-8 months), which is an orthotic undergarment product that would improve postural alignment and stability, movement skill and precision, joint stability and prolonged muscle stretch,
- taking part in Therapy this year (cost approx £2000 3x a day exercises 14days)

I also use stabilisers, special shoes and special bike (I only just started to cycle!). As I keep growing, most of the equipment need to be exchanged regularly, futhermore, because we live in a small town and my therapies/activities involve a few hours driving. My parents work full time to try and pay for my needs, but they are struggling.

Me and my family would appreciate any help and every £1 counts.
