Fridays Friends is a local charity to my school. They are a charity that work with the elderly and those with disabilities. They are currently trying to raise enough money to buy a minibus so they can arrange day trips and transport to get groups together so they can interact with others instead of being alone at home.

i have arranged a team of 10 staff at school to take part in Rough Runner. This is a 10k run with 15 challenging obstacles along the way.. All this will he done whilst running through water and mud. We have each been given a low goal so even £1 would make a huge difference
