Story
Mental Health amongst teenagers and young children is on the increase.
I want to raise as much money as I can for the charity WPH Teenage Mental Health Provision. This Walsall based charity provides support to teenagers and young children suffering from anxiety, depression, self-harm, anger and loneliness. WPH provides a fantastic service to teenagers and young children.
This service is delivered across the Borough in various schools and at their main Centre in Walsall.
We all need to work together to support the next generation and enable our joint future legacy to get through the tough times and reach their true potential. Our current Mayor of Walsall has recognised this need and has also chosen to support this charity.

The event I am taking part in to raise awareness is Europe's toughest mudder. This is a 12-hour event that starts at 8PM on Saturday 18th May 2019 through to 8am Sunday 19th May 2019. I will be trying to get in as many 5 mile laps as possible and completing 20 obstacles.
