Story

In July Evie will be travelling to Zambia as part of their annual school trip to work with young people to enrich their learning experience & enjoy new activities. They work with local schools and rugby clubs to provide sports equipment, coaching, books, clothing, shoes and decorating/refurbishing school buildings & classrooms. Previous trips have run tournaments for over 400 children at once, coaching over 25 schools, providing learning and especially reading opportunities, decorating schools and environmental work.

This ‘trip of a lifetime’ will present Evie with many challenges as she has struggled with anxiety for a few years now. This is such a wonderful opportunity for the children of Zambia & a challenging but life changing trip for Evie too. I feel this trip is vital for her to be able to learn how to control situations and her emotions.

Evie is doing some school-based activities (cake sales, 100km overnight relay, bag packing, clothing sales etc) to fund the trip but we will be very grateful of any help you can give.
