The AB UK team have set themselves the challenge of running 10km at the Longhorn 10km race in Nottinghamshire on 28th April 2019. Most of us are new to running, have previously described themselves as 'not a runner' pre-2019, and some even have screws in their knees! However despite all odds, the AB UK team (and a couple of add ons) have become the elite athletes you see today thanks to the couch to 5k app and the relentless team motivation and encouragement! We make the Impossible Possible.

We are raising money for Hear the Word Foundation. Sonova, the leading provider of hearing solutions, founded the non-profit Hear the World Foundation in 2006. The Foundation supports people, and particularly children in need with hearing loss around the world and gets involved in hearing loss prevention. Since its establishment, the non-profit Swiss foundation has supported over 90 projects in 39 countries with funding, hearing aid technology and expertise.
