Adz is one of the Slough Jets biggest fans has been for years , she travels to watch us home and away. Over the upcoming season we will run a number of events so that her and 3 carers can have a holiday of a lifetime in a Theme park that can cater for her needs.

The price is so high as Adelaide needs to travel business class due to her siezures. Also we need to hire an adapted car, hoist and hospital bed for the 2 week trip. None of these are cheap 😠

Adelaide is a 27 year old young lady who has cerebral palsy. She is a wheelchair user and has a visual impairment. She loves men, ice hockey and shopping. I have been Adelaide's full time carer for 16 year's. We have grown together over the years and I aim to make Adz life as fun and full filling as any other 27 year old. Adz is a very special young lady who touches the hearts of people she meets.
