Dear kind people

I wonder if you can help: one of my sisters, I have three, has managed to get a visa to visit the UK. This is really exciting as the last time I saw her was nearly thirty years ago. She will be staying with her daughter who lives far away from me and she is far too poorly and old travel to see me. I can’t use trains and the underground from Euston to link my journey from London to the south of England. I get lost going to my local shops. I am a retired teacher and suffer from Parkinson’s and early onset of dementia among many other serious illnesses. The only way I can get there is by paying one of my carers out of my own pocket as the council will not cover such an out of care plan cost. I would have to pay for the petrol and minimum wage hourly rate. The journey takes four and a half hours each way and I intend to spend two days or so with my sister but need to stay in a small hotel as i have embarassing medical needs. I have worked out the cost as £500. Can you help please as my only income is state pension. Please help.
