    Story

As some of you are aware, i have been supporting Chloe, a 19 year old young lady, for the last 6 months, after her home life deteriorated to the point of physical, verbal and mental assault. She has had a tough life, being abandoned by her mother in Spain as a young teen leaving her no option to live with her father and step father where she was severely neglected and shown no love at all.

Since she has been with us she has played with Meerkats, seen her first firework display, been on a family holiday and learned that reindeer are real! She has also learned to smile, laugh, wear silly jumpers and become part of our mad family life.

Whilst I will continue to support her with love, care and stability she can unfortunately no longer live with me due to my tenancy rules and I have 1 month to find her somewhere to live.

The homelessness dept at the council are on the case but this may result in a hostel place and I would dearly love her to be able to have somewhere of her own where she can start rebuilding her life.

I am therefore trying to raise as much money as possible so I can get her a flat but this will mean finding a deposit and even if we find somewhere she will have nothing but a bed to take with her. I know things are tough for everybody, but I woke in the middle of the night with the conviction that starting a funding page was the way to go and I have learned not to ignore the small, quiet voice in the night so here it is.

If you are able to help in anyway we will be eternally grateful; every £1 will make so much difference.
