Ainsdale Village Green Entertainments Hub

Over the past few months we have been looking at the possibility of constructing a facility on Ainsdale Village Green – a hub for water and power for use by those who wish to hold events on the Green.

The Village Green is the location of the very popular Ainsdale Show and over the past two years, a Village Picnic has been held there. Apart from this the Green is not utilised by any other groups. We would therefore love to place a “Performance Service Hub” on the Green that will contain access to power and water with a dais above which can be used by lots of other community groups.

We are looking at a structure, possibly a Bandstand where we can provide power and whatever else performers need. This project will cost a great deal of money, but we are confident that with the support of our community, we can achieve this.
