Story
Alan Morgan's Commemorative Bench
We are raising money for a commemorative bench to be put in Beckenham Place park in memory of Alan Morgan who sadly passed away on the 30th August after a long illness. Alan worked at this park for 30 years and the bench will be a place for his family and friends to visit to feel close to him and to enjoy the gardens that he and his colleague Colin created over the years. The bench will be placed by his Topiary Bush and overlooking the lake which is currently in production.
The bench we have chosen is £750 excluding delivery so we are hoping to raise £1200 to cover costs (including justgiving costs). Any money left over will go the British Legion. All donations are greatly appreciated and all visitors to the bench are welcome once it is in place. Thank you in advance for helping us raise funds to celebrate and commemorate Alan's life which was taken too soon.

I really miss our chats and all the humour and silliness. I will always keep good memories of my dear friend.
