Weʼve raised £1,590 to Create a charity in memory of Col’s dad, to resurrect fun days of years past, eg. the Leek Show, with a view to help grow community spirit.

Story
Col being the caring and selfless person you all know he is, was not bothered about gifts for his 40th. As a surprise for the night of his party, if you were planning on buying him a gift, instead it would be great if you could spare some cash, to allow us to create a charity in his dad, Alan Robert Thompson’s name. All the money that is raised will be used to help bring back some of the great days that used to bring the people of Bedlington together, for example, his dads favourite event was the annual Leek Show, which we will bring back and host at the Lairds House every year. As a company, we will raise funds annually, to allow Col and family to help donate to worthy causes. Anything you can spare, would be amazing and we will of course keep you up to date with what the money was used to do.
