Families have very little in the way of sporting clubs that we can all join in on. There is no martial club here. As technically not part of the UK we slip through the net for any community support funding from sports foundations in the UK. Tae Kwon-do has been proven to reduce stress help with mental stability and relaxation and also a fantastic sport that many ages can be part of. We have an instructor willing to come over for a weekend to give us all an opportunity to try it out. We‘d just need to find the funds to pay for his flight from the UK. Please could anyone help?
